All for KIDZ (AFK) is looking for part-time Sales Executives interested in working 20 hours a week
during our peak selling season (August-October). The ideal candidate will have professional
inside sales experience, is organized and self-motivated to work remotely, You will be responsible for calling schools within a designated territory to articulate our message, explain our resources and schedule The NED Show assembly to visit their school.

The NED Show is the industry leader in providing character education assemblies. Now in our 25th year of operation, we employ more than 60 people who share a passion for character education in elementary schools. 20 of these employees are Account Executives who book the NED assemblies within assigned territories. The rest of our team is made up of full-time assembly performers and administrative/support staff. Together, we provide a positive message to more than two million children annually. Our Pay-It-Forward funding model contributes to our broad reach, as it allows us to provide our assemblies to schools without requiring a fee.
ABOUT THE JOB
Schedule & Hours:
This work at home position is dependent on demand throughout the year. Our peak season is from early August through October and will require 20 hours a week, 4 hours a day Monday-Friday. Some part-time positions may be available year round and others periodically through the balance of the year.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base hourly wage: $15-20 DOE
Per school booking bonus: $20
Monthly bonus: Potential of earning an additional bonus based on total number of schools/kids booked.
Please note: seasonal, part-time employees are not eligible for medical or dental benefits.
We will provide:
Training: We provide an extensive 2-week training at our Lynnwood, WA office. You'll then make calls from Lynnwood for an additional 2-4 weeks until you are successful at which time you may elect to work from the Lynnwood office or your home office. You will gain ongoing knowledge and perspective from our established sales team members in our Lynnwood, Jacksonville, and Charleston offices as you work together to meet our weekly sales goals.
Equipment: Computer, headset, VPN to our server which provides access to our CRM database.
You will provide:
Each AcE (Account Executive) is assigned an exclusive geographic territory. You won't compete with your coworkers. Part-time AcEs are required to book 3-4 shows (1500 kids) per week and make 40 dials per day to achieve this goal.
Essential job functions:
• Build and maintain relationships across all levels at schools and gain access to the decision makers in order to present the benefits of The NED Show via phone and email
• Determine needs, present solutions and effectively handle objections
• Confirm scheduled shows and help create high level of client satisfaction
• Follow-up with clients to assess success of show, gain referrals and secure agreement for future performances
Company Connection Time:
Every Friday morning at 10:00 am, we have a company-wide remote video conference with employees from all offices. We acknowledge the weeks’ accomplishments to reinforce that we are making a difference and helping kids to be champions at school and in life. Occasionally we will ask you to attend this meeting in person when we have luncheon celebrations so that you will keep connections strong with our team.
