ABOUT THE JOB

 

Overview

Building on our success with the largest Florida school districts, The NED Show is seeking an experienced Account Executive. This unique position is a hybrid of our existing Account Executive position (working with individual schools) plus additional responsibilities at the school district level.  A strong sales mentality and ability to maintain business relationships must be accompanied with a desire to participate in the innovative and creative aspects of developing new business.

 

Hours

The position is a full-time job with a combination of work hours in the Jacksonville office and limited travel to conferences and school district events in Florida.

 

Benefits & Compensation

Salary will include base and commission, plus 401K, health insurance and Paid Time Off. Our successful Account Executives earn $50,000 to $70,000+ annually. Relocation to Jacksonville will be paid.

Realizing that much of our time is spent at work, we believe in  maintaining a work culture that is positive and supportive. A place where you enjoy your surroundings and co-workers. You will not be expected to work more than 40 hours in a non-travel week.

 

Job Requirements

This position requires a combination of skills necessary for inside sales (calling a designated territory to fill a performer’s calendar with assemblies each week), building relationships with school personnel, and of course –paperwork!  As a District Representative, you will additionally work in the field to establish relationships with high-level district personnel to help secure endorsements and meet unique needs.

Essential job functions:

  • Present the benefits of The NED Show in order to build and maintain relationships at schools via phone, email and select outside events
  • Develop an exclusive geographic territory – You won’t compete with your coworkers!
  • Establish partnership relationships with district-level contacts at conferences, conventions and special events
  • Participate in brainstorming and strategic planning with Business Development and Creative Team to meet the unique needs of larger school districts
  • Prepare and present at district-level meetings (overview of The NED Show features & benefits – you are NOT the show performer)
  • Determine district needs and present creative solutions
  • Confirm scheduled shows and help create high level of client satisfaction
  • Follow-up to assess success of show, gain referrals and secure agreement for future performances

 

 

Training

Paid training for 2 Weeks in Jacksonville office.

We are looking for only the brightest and most capable applicants. Confident self-starters with the ability to work independently without close supervision will thrive at All for KIDZ. A sales background is a plus but not a requirement. We know from experience that who you are is more important than what you can list on a resume.  A passion for kids is a must.
