The NED Show is the industry leader in providing character education assemblies. Now in our 25th year of operation, we employ more than 60 people who share a passion for character education in elementary schools. 16 of these employees are Account Executives who book the NED assemblies within assigned territories. The rest of our team is made up of full-time assembly performers and administrative/support staff. Together, we provide a positive message to more than 2.3 million children annually. Our Pay-It-Forward funding model contributes to our broad reach, as it allows us to provide our assemblies to schools without requiring a fee.
ABOUT THE JOB
The position is a full-time job, Monday through Friday, no evenings or weekends. Start time is 7am.

Each AcE (Account Executive) is assigned an exclusive geographic territory. You won't compete with your coworkers. AcEs are required to book 7-8 shows (3,000 kids) per week and make 80 dials per day to achieve this goal.
Essential job functions:
• Build and maintain relationships across all levels at schools and gain access to the decision makers in order to present the benefits of The NED Show via phone and email
• Determine needs, present solutions and effectively handle objections
• Confirm scheduled shows and help create high level of client satisfaction
• Follow-up with clients to assess success of show, gain referrals and secure agreement for future performances

A sales background is a plus but not a requirement. We know from experience that who you are is more important than what you can list on a resume. A passion for kids is a must.
