Program FAQs

GENERAL QUESTIONS:

Q: When is The NED Show available in my area? Do you post your tour schedule on the web?

As America’s most popular assembly, our show slots can be hard to come by! Call us to find out when we’re in your neck of the woods. If we don’t travel to your area of the country regularly, we can work with you to set up a tour in the future, particularly if you are able to help us find nearby schools that also want to host The NED Show (click here for details on our $100 back School Referral Program).

Q: Where is All for KIDZ® located?

The majority of our passionate staff of 60 is headquartered just north of Seattle in Lynnwood, Washington. Our 22 full-time performers live in major cities throughout the US.

Q: Can we get an insurance rider for your performance?

Yes. If your district requires proof of insurance, we can provide a certificate of insurance at no cost.

Q: Can we run this assembly as an awards assembly?

The NED Show was intentionally designed as an all-school assembly because ALL students deserve to hear the message that they can be champions. In fact, students who aren’t behaving well are probably the students who need the message the most. We have high demand from schools that want to bring the show to all their kids, so we perform the show for as large of an audience as possible.

Q: Do you have a one-page overview that I could show my principal, school counselor or PTA?

Yes! Download a one-page program overview here:

Wait, I see a hand up with a question...

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SHOW:

Q: How long is The Ned Show?

The assembly is 45 minutes of non-stop energy and interaction. If your school is hosting multiple shows please allow for a 15-minute break between shows.

Q: What grades is the program designed for?

Our show is designed for students in Kindergarten through Sixth Grade.

Q: What does the performer need for the show?

The school is asked to provide a 6 to 8 feet-long table and a small wastepaper basket in the performance area.

Q: Can we include special messaging, like our school theme, in the show?

Yes, our performers are able to seamlessly incorporate special themes such as anti-bullying, attendance, testing-preparation, leadership or a particular character quality into the main NED message. The NED Show is an excellent way to generate excitement about a school theme or emphasis. Discuss special messaging with your Account Executive prior to the show date.

Q: How many kids can come to each show? Can my school have more than one show?

Our show was developed for an all-school audience and is best received by a large audience. We have a 250-student minimum per show and up to 600 students can be seated camp-style for a single show. Please contact an Account Executive for more details.

Q: What’s in the content of the show and who presents it?

The NED Show is packed full of positive imagery, fun illustrations and family-friendly examples that will motivate students. One of our highly-trained performers will put on the entire assembly. Each performer is subject to background and drug tests annually.

INTERNATIONAL FAQs

Q: Do you perform shows internationally?

Yes. The NED Show comes to the United Kingdom for four weeks every June-July. We also tour Australia and New Zealand for three weeks in late July and August. We present shows in Canada (except Quebec) upon request throughout the school year. Contact an Account Executive for more information on putting together a tour in your area.

Q: What content is in your program?

Our program focuses on character development. The message of NED is simple: Never Give up, Encourage Others, Do Your Best. We believe that every child can be a champion if they remember the message of NED and apply it to their lives. We hear stories every day about how our program has had a positive influence on the general culture and behavior of entire student populations. In fact, All for KIDZ is based on the positive impact that can be made in the lives of elementary children through the all-school assembly format.
